This is a video about some theories as to why we have such an increase in food allergies these days. I have often said I think something must have changed in the food production chain for me to become allergic to milk later in life. This is one theory I cannot discount. I know of children having more food allergens than I have ever known. Most of the young ones in my family have food allergies. There has to be some reason for such an increase these days. I also have a personal belief (not based on any science) that this also plays a part in our cancer epidemic. This video is a bit long but very informative and interesting.
